My inspiration was the Bill Blass blouse as seen on Gossip Girl on the character Blair. It's backless and so sexy. I can't imagine a better Spanish inspired outfit than one that includes the fiery color red, so I included red accessories to go with the white and black. It's traditional in look but modern in feel.
